See What Police Said About Video Of Mc Oluomo Threatening Igbos During Presidential Election In Lagos

The Lagos State Police Command has responded to a viral video showing a guy claiming to be the Chairman of the Lagos State Parks Management Committee, Musiliu Akinsanya, commonly known as MC Oluomo, threatening Igbos at a Lagos State voting unit.

A video leaked online yesterday of a man claiming to be MC Oluomo telling Igbos not to vote at a polling unit in Lagos State.

In response, the Police Public Relations Officer for the Lagos State Command, Benjamin Hundeyin, stated that the video would be investigated to determine the truth.

Hundeyin, who shared the video on Twitter, called the event unlawful and a violation of the Electoral Act 2022.

“While the video will be investigated to know if it’s an old, recycled one or not, it should be noted that this is criminal and totally against the Electoral Act, 2022.

“Violators will be prosecuted,” Hundeyin said.

MC Oluomo is a devotee of the All Progressives Congress, APC, presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu.
