Festus Keyamo, spokesman for the All Progressives Congress, APC, Presidential Campaign Committee, APC, has revealed why the Labour Party, LP, presidential candidate, Peter Obi, cannot appear in court to demand that he be proclaimed the winner of the presidential election.

Obi, according to Keyamo, must fight the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, to establish he came in second place.

He stated that if they can prove they came in second place, they will be able to take over the presidency from President-Elect Bola Tinubu.

“They have to first fight PDP in order to prove they came second, before they can have the temerity to face @officialABAT. So, there is no room for cooperation b/w Labour & PDP in court.”

Obi came third in last Saturday’s presidential election after PDP’s Atiku Abubakar and Tinubu, who was declared winner of the poll.
