On Monday, March 14, three members of a robbery ring accused of harassing Ewekoro and its environs were apprehended by police personnel assigned to the Ogun police command.

The culprits were identified as Ahmed Isiaka, Sunday Ajibola, and Jimoh Wahab after the police got a distress call about a four-man robbery group that attacked Apomu Village in Ewekoro Local Government Area and robbed victims.

CSP Jacob Olayemi, the DPO of Ewekoro division, promptly dispatched his patrol squad to the incident. When they saw the cops, the hoodlums ran, according to Oyeyemi, but they were pursued and three of them were apprehended with the help of residents.
