The PDP Young Democrats, a youth organisation connected to the Peoples Democratic Party, have demanded an early evaluation of the party’s performance in the 2023 general election across the 36 states of the union and the Federal Capital Territory.
At the same time, the group demanded that the party’s acting Chairman, Umar Damagum, hold a meeting of the National Executive Committee right once to address any unresolved matters that are harming the party.

Addressing newsmen in Abuja, the spokesperson for the group, Alaibi Joseph, also demanded the immediate resignation of the PDP National Secretary, Sen Samuel Anyanwu, who earlier in the week emerged as the party’s governorship candidate in Imo State.
