Prince Emmanuel Amgbaduba, the oil and gas commissioner for the Delta State, managed to avoid being kidnapped.

On Monday, the Commissioner posted about this on his Facebook page.

The event, according to the commissioner, happened on Sunday about 7 o’clock while he was travelling to Warri, Delta State.

The article claims that the assailants attempted to kidnap him by blocking his automobile on the Nigerian Port Authority Motorway.
“Dear everybody, I need your support in giving thanks to God because He saved me from kidnappers’ hands yesterday (Sunday) at around 7pm while I was travelling to Warri Town on the NPA motorway.

“A beige-coloured Toyota Camry rammed into me and forced my vehicle to come to a halt and two hefty young men popped out from the front seat of the car, one at the back and one guy rushing towards me.

“Without panicking, I put my car in reverse and faced the thug that came out from the passenger side of the car at full speed ahead. While he jumped off the road, I drove off and had a successful getaway.

While thanking God for protection, he urged motorists to be vigilant, especially along the Warri axis.
