Cristiano Ronaldo, the star player for Al-Nassr, may be detained and expelled from Saudi Arabia after making what appeared to be an offensive gesture toward Al-Hilal supporters during a tense Saudi Pro League match.

After losing 2-0 against their fierce rivals Al-Hilal, Al-Nassr fell three points behind Al-Ittihad in the fight for the SPL championship.

Al-Hilal, who teased him with cries of Lionel Messi throughout the game, infuriated the football legend.

The motivation for Ronaldo’s conduct is yet unknown, but a renowned attorney and counselor to the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law, Nouf bin Ahmed, claimed that steps have already been taken to have Ronaldo arrested and deported.

The well-known attorney declared she will send a petition to Saudi Arabia’s Public Ministry.

“I don’t follow sports. Even if the crowd provoked Ronaldo, he didn’t know how to react. Cristiano’s behaviour is a crime,” she said, according to Fichajes.
