Festus Keyamo, the minister of state for labor and employment, and Femi Fani-Kayode, the former minister of aviation, are said to have paid the subscription costs for Twitter verification.

According to Newsmen, Twitter CEO Elon Musk said that those who have free verified Twitter accounts will lose their verification badges on April 20, 2023.

Musk said that in order to continue receiving free Twitter badges, users will need to sign up for Twitter Blue, which starts at $8/month or $84/year in areas where it is accessible.
