On Saturday, prominent Nigerian businessman Prince Arthur Eze visited Senator Orji Uzor Kalu at his Aso Villa residence in Abuja to offer condolences for the passing of his wife, Ifeoma Ada Kalu.

According to news sources, Eze traveled with other celebrities to console Kalu on the death of his wife and to spend his 63rd birthday with him on Friday.

As the deceased was the daughter of Arthur Eze’s older sister, it was discovered that the former governor of Abia State and the wealthy businessman were in-laws.

The two quickly exchanged pleasantries and then had a brief, 30-minute private meeting.

The billionaire philanthropist called the loss as startling, tremendous, and irreplaceable while adding that no one can doubt the Almighty God in his remarks to a group of friends and a few visitors.

Eze advised Kalu’s family to find comfort in God, stating that the late Ifeoma will be warmly remembered for her uprightness, virtue, kindness, and bravery as well as her firm faith in Jesus Christ. Ifeoma passed away in the United States.

He said: “My niece will always be remembered for her good deeds, she was not just a good mother and wife to her husband and family but to all who came across her. We are saddened by her death but we give all thanks to God because she left us with lovely memories. I’m here to condole with my brother and his family to be strong and take faith in God.”

In response, Kalu spoke on behalf of the family and thanked Eze for his support during their difficult time and for helping to save their mother and wife.

The former governor of Abia emphasized that his family had accepted the tragic event as God’s will.
