Osibanjo Oluwaseun, a Lagos State Bus Rapid Transit driver who reportedly crashed with a moving train in Ikeja and murdered six persons, was arraigned before an Ikeja High Court on Tuesday.
The defendant, who was arraigned before Justice Oyindamola Ogala, is facing 16 counts of involuntary manslaughter and previous harm, which the state government has preferred against him.

The Director of Public Prosecutions, Babajide Martins, said in court that the BRT driver killed the victims recklessly by ignoring warning signals and colliding with an oncoming train.
He claimed the defendant also recklessly caused serious injury to ten other bus passengers.
