Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the president-elect, claims that despite the brutal campaign, he is pleased to have won the recently held presidential election.
Tinubu said he fought valiantly during the campaign when he opened the Rumuokwuta/Rumuola flyover on Wednesday in Port Harcourt.
But despite the obstacles and campaigns the opposition party ran against him, he claimed to have won the election.

The president-elect said, “it is an honour and privilege to be in your midst today. I am a very happy man.
“Happy because I went through a gruesome campaign, fought hard, supported by many of you, and I won”.
The Independent National Electoral Commission, or INEC, pronounced Tinubu the winner despite challenges from the opposition parties, particularly the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and Labour Party.
