Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s (LP) nominee for president in the 2023 election, has appeared in court for the presidential election petition tribunal’s hearing.
According to report, the presidential election tribunal is currently in session at Abuja’s Appeal Court.
There are now judges in the courtroom for the presidential election petition tribunal hearing.

The court pre-hearing reportedly started back up around 9:15 am, according to newsmen.
Justice Haruna Tsammani is in charge of the panel of judges hearing a case brought by Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Peter Obi of the Labour Party (LP) against Bola Tinubu, the president-elect.
