At the event, the CEO of Maintrust Properties and Homes ltd, Mr. Cornel Osigwe introduced the company’s vision geared towards affordable housing and development through real estate. Though based in Nnewi, Maintrust properties equally have other branches outside Nnewi. In his words, “This is our major housing estate that we just launched today called liberty villa, it’s located at Okofia, a small community in Nnewi suitable for investment in properties”. Liberty Villa is suitable for homes or hostel for the medical students from Nnamdi Azikiwe University.
In terms of legal documents and registrations, Mr. Anthony Okenwa, Tobenna the CEO of Naija Land Surveys who is incharge of the propery revealed that the promising estate, liberty villa is already registered with the Anambra state government.
