According to Anaedoonline.ng, President Bola Tinubu, the All Progressive Congress (APC) candidate, won the election in the Presidential Election Tribunal despite opposition from Atiku Abubakar, the PDP’s presidential candidate, and Peter Obi, the LP’s flagbearer.
The election held on February 25, 2023, according to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), was won by Tinubu.
The justices of the presidential panel had been urged to rule impartially and with respect for the nation’s legal system.
There have also been rumours, which have been refuted on several times, that the judges are attempting to preserve President Tinubu’s position despite alleged compelling grounds to do so.
