Ahead of the 2024 Local Government Council Election in Anambra State, Nnewi North has become a hotbed of political activities, as many gladiators battles to outwit each other.
For the Young Progressive Party (YPP), which appears to have settled for Amb. Paul Muoneke, as its candidate, the party is positioning to be ahead of other political parties in all dynamics.
Anaedoonline.ng gathered that in what has been described as a masterstroke, YPP has concluded plans to announce Lady Chidimma Irene Udeaja for the Vice Chairmanship position.
Lady Irene Chidimma Udeaja is the wife of the popular Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Banquo Global Agency, Hon. Sir. Nnamdi Udeaja, who hails from Edoji Uruagu Nnewi.
Hon. Sir. Nnamdi Udeaja, popularly known as Banquo, was a close ally to Late Senator Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah, and a strong force in the Senator’s political structure.
It is not clear when the announcement of the arrangement will be made public, close watchers are of the view that the combination of Amb. Paul Muoneke (JP), who is from Roman Catholic denomination, and Lady Irene Udeaja, who is from the Anglican denomination, will be perfect.
