The Nigerian Army has released a list of 86 people wanted in connection with acts of terrorism.
They are alleged to belong to the notorious Boko Haram sect. The latest list is the fourth to be released by the military authorities.
Prominent on the list is Boko Haram’s leader, Abubakar Shekau, who has been rumoured to be dead several times in the past.

Other are Abu Musa Al Barnawi, Modu Sulum, Ibrahim Abu Maryam, Baka Kwasari, Mallam Yan Kolo, Malkam Umar, Mallam Bello Husba, Abu Musab Barnawi, Abu Imma, Bana Gonna, Mohammed Abu Maryam and Abu Dardda.
The list was launched by the Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Tukur Buratai, on Wednesday alongside the Governor of Borno state, Babagana Zulum, at the Nigerian Army Super Camp, Chabbal in Konduga Local Government Area of the state.
The ceremony also witnessed the launching of Civilian JTF, Hunters and Vigilantes into the operations of the Nigerian Army Super Camp.
