Today remains a sober day in the history of Nigeria, social media is flooded with memories of the 20-10-20 fallen protesters. A memorial procession was held between the hours of 8.00 AM to 10 AM, but as it is bound to be, some protesters are still at the venue currently being harassed and arrested by the Nigerian police.

20th of October, 2020 is one Nigerian youth will never forget, it was the climax of over ten days of protest calling for the end of the rouge police unit known as SARS, but it turned to a bloodbath on that very day when the Nigerian Army stormed the place.

Obi Cubana was not the only Igbo illustrious son that bagged an award at the just concluded Sun Awards, Ebuka Onunkwo, CEO of Seahorse Lubricants Industries Limited was named Industrialist of the Year.

HRM, Dr. Ebuka Onunkwo, is not a popular name out there but he is very renowned in his field. The philanthropist and CEO is an Anambra-born entrepreneur from Ihembosi, Anambra State. According to his media team, in February 2015, when he was still importing Engine oil from Turkey, his partners went bankrupt and could no longer supply the goods he paid for worth $3.2m already remitted.

This ugly incident became a blessing in disguise, changed the narrative as the young importer transitioned into manufacturing by building his blending plant called Seahorse Lubricants Industries in Ozubulu, Anambra State, Nigeria.

Before now, the brand Seahorse Lubricants Industries has won so many awards which include the best oil of the year award in 2021 and a host of other awards.

Igbo Billionaire Celebrates His Mentee (Video)

For these and many other entrepreneurial exploits, the Anambra-born billionaire was considered a deserving winner of this year’s Sun Newspaper industrialist of the year award.

Worthy to note that the new industrialist of the year awardee rose from being a retailer to a wholesaler, from a wholesaler to an importer, from importation to a manufacturer.

The award was presented to him by Bianca Odumegwu Ojukwu, wife of the late Igbo leader.

After a year’s hiatus from the music scene, music producer Larry Gaaga makes an epic comeback with a new single set to drop on October 22, 2021, featuring renowned Queen of Igbo traditional song, Queen Theresa Onuora, Flavour, and Phyno. This coming after Flavour dropped his hit single ‘Levels’.

The recording artiste and Songwriter dropped a sizzling teaser on his page a few minutes, and we tell you, it is going to be a banging one. The teaser was opened with veteran actor Pete Edochie, calling on every Igbo person and lover to listen to this song.

It is no easy feat to have Igbo music legends on a single track, say less, bringing the queen out of her retirement. In case you didn’t know, Queen Theresa Onuorah rocked the Igbo music scene back in the 80s and 90s , Her Album IJELE ELUBEGO was the pride of Igbo music and still very evergreen.

Popularly known as the Queen of Egedege, She is also the originator of the popular Egedege Dance. The dance is one of the most renowned traditional dance outfits and an Igbo traditional classic cultural dance in the whole of South-Eastern Nigeria.

The Bedazzled Patek Wrist Watch is said to cost a whopping $140,000, do the maths, and convert it to naira, and that is an outrageous sum of N79,000,000.

The singer currently has her song ‘Somebody’s Son’ topping charts worldwide with a remix featuring famous R&B singer, Brandy.

Meanwhile, this is how Nigerians reacted to Tiwa’s leaked sex tape, Nigerians on social media have expressed disappointment after the much talked about s3x tape of music star, Tiwa Savage, was leaked and deleted in the wee hours of Tuesday, 19th October.

Anaedoonline.ng understands that Tiwa Savage, in an interview with New York’s Power 105.1 FM revealed that alleged s3x tape with her current lover is in the possession of a blackmailer.

According to reports, her unknown lover mistakenly uploaded the video on Snapchat and when he realized his mistake he deleted it immediately.

Unfortunately, the blackmailer had gotten a hold of the video before he deleted it.

The confession stirred reactions as many of her fans disbelievingly pointed discrepancies in the interview.

However, the ‘somebody son will find me, one day crooner’, seems to be telling the truth as the video was released at wee hours of Tuesday morning and eventually deleted for violating copyrights rules on Instagram.

In a split second, the video has gone viral, circulating social media space.

Reacting to the content of the video; fans of the singer, via different social mediums expressed disappointment towards the singer for allowing someone to take a video of her in such a state.

Others argued that the 41-year-old’s lover might be responsible for the leakage as no one can be trusted.

Have you marked the 5th of January, 2022 in your calendar yet, or are waiting for people to tell you the story? Wondering what is special about that day? It is the Igbo Ezue Carnival day. The Igbo Ezue Carnival is the first of its kind in Igboland, themed ‘Aku Lue Uno’, a unique showcase of the rich of the Igbo people.

The carnival is been sponsored by three illustrious Igbo sons currently making waves in Nigeria Obi Cubana of Cubana Group, Ned Okonkwo of NedCOMOAKS Real Estate Group, and E-Money of Five Star group. Earlier today, popular Nollywood actor Yul Edochie took to his Instagram page to reaffirm his intentions of running for the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in 2023.

This is not the first time the actor will be announcing his intentions to run for President, During the last presidential election in 2019, Yul Edochie participated in the election at his party stage.

The announcement came after the celebrity DJ Bign urged Nigerian Youths to step up for leadership. Read Yul Edochie’s response:

Nigerian Hip-hop Disc Jockey, Nonso Temisan Ajufo, better known as DJ Big N has urged the Nigerian youths to wake up and get active in politics as the general elections draw near.

Taking to his Instagram page, the Disco Jockey admonished youths to come out with their own representatives.

According to him, the youths must wake up and make plans as older politicians are already gearing up for the forthcoming elections.
