Bola Tinubu is seeking a better future for Nigeria, according to Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice Lateef Fagbemi, SAN, who also urges Nigerians to support the many reforms his administration is introducing.
He also asked the populace to have patience, promising that Nigeria would experience stability and economic success as a result of the ongoing changes.
The request was made in a statement issued on Sunday by Kamarudeen Ogundele, the Minister’s Special Assistant on Communication and Publicity. Speaking at a prayer held in his honour in his Ijagbo rural house in Oyun Local Government, Kwara State, Fagbemi was surrounded by family members.

The minister assured Nigerians of the president’s determination to take the country out of the woods. “The president is not looking for self-aggrandisement. He’s seeking a better future for the country,” the statement read.
Fagbemi went on to say that Tinubu has actively sought out investor support since taking office, and that this has led to encouraging reactions from outside investors. He called on Nigerians to be patient, comparing the procedure to the development of a tree that takes time to produce fruit.
“Nigerians need to be patient; things will improve greatly in the coming days. The sacrifices of today will translate to a greater future for the country. I know with prayers and support of Nigerians, the country will emerge stronger,” he said.
