Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola, despite losing to Manchester United after the game pointed out the positives stating that all hope is not lost.
The defeat saw the Premier League champions fall 14 points behind leaders Liverpool.
However, Guardiola did not rip into his squad after the final whistle
