Former Napoli manager, Gennaro Gattuso, has parted ways with new employers, Fiorentina, just three weeks after his appointment as the club’s head coach.
The club on Thursday announced that Gattuso who was recently appointed on the 25th of May, 2021, has left the Stadio Artemio Franchi after making a U-turn on previous agreements he had with the Florence club.

“ACF Fiorentina and Mister Rino Gattuso, by mutual agreement, have decided not to follow up on the previous agreements and therefore not to start the next football season together.
“The Company immediately set to work to identify a technical choice that will guide the Viola team towards the results that Fiorentina and the City of Florence deserve,” the club said.
