Focus on Road Infrastructure

Recognizing the impact of poor road conditions on daily life and local businesses, he emphasized the need to ensure smoother and safer road networks across Nnewi North. His working plan includes engaging with local contractors to begin repairs on the most affected roads and advocating for government funding to improve connectivity between Nnewi and neighboring towns.
“Good roads are the backbone of economic development,” Hon. Anazodo stated. “We must create an environment where movement is easy and safe, benefiting both our residents and the businesses that support our local economy.”
“The Governor (Soludo) have approved the construction of three major roads in Nnewi, name ly, the new Onitsha Owerri Road, The Old Onitsha Road, the Igwe Orizu road. The Governor have also approved the dualisation of Agulu to Okija road”.
