A young man named Abdullahi Muhammed who stole 18 vehicles in 90 days has been arrested by the Nigerian Police. The high profile car thief, Abdullahi Muhammed is better known with his nickname, Government.
He was known for carjacking vehicles in Jos and Bauchi states before he was arrested.

In a separate development, Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai expressed concern over the inability to give orders to the police on killings and deteriorating security in Nigeria.
In an interview with Channels television on Monday, November 30, the governor expressed concern over the security situation in the country.
El-Rufai said governors and security chiefs were only called by word of mouth, but in reality, they were not allowed to bend the police.

He said he had no right to give orders on police matters until the Inspector General of Police approves and issues orders in advance.
