Video evidence against suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police Abba Kyari has been published by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, or NDLEA.
Kyari was caught on camera attempting to bribe one of the NDLEA’s operatives in order to carry out a narcotics theft in the nation.
Remember that he was wanted by the DEA for supposed ties to a narcotics organization.
Femi Babafemi, the NDLEA’s Director of Media and Advocacy, has connected the former IRT boss to a narcotics gang operating the Brazil-Ethiopia-Nigeria illicit drug pipeline.
During a news conference, Babafemi detailed how Kyari contacted its agents for assistance in the cartel’s operation.
To further buttress the NDLEA’s claims against Kyari, the footage of him giving the operative wads of dollar bills was released.
