Unidentified gunmen stormed the Anambra Broadcasting Service (ABS) Awada, Onitsha station in the early hours of Monday.
A building, a corporate bus, and another car parked on the property belonging to a staff member who had worked overnight were all set ablaze by gunmen suspected of being part of those terrorizing the State for over a year.
According to Anaedoonline.ng, no one was killed in the incident, but the gunmen brutalized the workers they encountered on the grounds, injuring them.
As of the time of writing, a member of staff who asked to remain anonymous reported they were being questioned by security officers about the incident.
As he had worked all day, he vowed to give a thorough account of the gunmen’s attack, as he had worked all night, and witnessed the attack on them.
Anambra Broadcasting Service, a State government-owned company has been giving support to the State government on its fight against rampaging gunmen.
