The Anambra state Judiciary has today commenced the 2018/2019 Legal year. The legal year was kick-started with Eucharistic and thanksgiving mass, which happened at the St. Patrick’s Catholic church cathedral in Awka.
The mass which is meant to attract legal practitioners from across the state is designed as a reminder for the need to use their profession to protect and champion the course of the poor masses.
The service which had the governor of Anambra state, Chief Dr Willie Obiano in attendance also had many notable dignitaries and respected legal luminary icons of the bar and bench.
