The Comptroller General of the Nigeria Customs Service, Adewale Adeniyi, the Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC), Gbenga Komolafe, and Nigeria’s Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Wale Edun, have all arrived at the National Assembly to take part in an interactive session with the House Committee on Appropriations.
According to Anaedoonline.ng, the Committee chaired by Abubakar Bichi would hear presentations and defences of the government officials’ individual budget estimations for the year 2024.

They will also elaborate on the tactics they want to use in order to bring in enough money to fund the budget until 2024.
According to reports, the Committee had earlier asked the income-generating organisations to come before them on Monday to discuss the strategies they want to use to increase revenue generation before the budget for the following year is put into effect.
