To commemorate his one-year anniversary as the TC Chair of Nnewi North Local Government Area of Anambra State, Engr. Chris Obiora unveiled a newly renovated building for the staff of ANSUBEB in the heart of Nnewi North Local Government Area. The once dilapidated structure, devoid of windows and doors, now stands as a testament to the transformative power of leadership.
In a gesture aimed at addressing the water needs of the community, Engr. Chris Obiora also commissioned a state-of-the-art borehole at Obi Afam Iloka’s palace in Nnewichi. This initiative reflects his commitment to improving the quality of life for the residents of Nnewi.

Former TC Chair, Mr. Patrick Ubajiaka, hailed Engr. Obiora as a genuine leader with a heart for the people, urging him to persist in his commendable efforts. Chief Innocent Okoli, popularly known as Organiser echoed this sentiment, praising Engr. Obiora as a man of the people who spearheads positive change in Nnewi.
In his expression of gratitude during the building commissioning ceremony, Engr. Chris Obiora extended thanks to Governor Chukwuma Soludo for the opportunity to serve. With numerous impactful projects already accomplished within his first year, the TC Chair anticipates a continued positive trajectory for Nnewi North under his leadership.
The joyous atmosphere in Nnewi mirrored the community’s appreciation, urging Engr. Chris Obiora to persist in his commitment to progress.
