There was panic in Imo State on Thursday night as hoodlums razed Aboh Mbaise Divisional Police Headquarters. This is even as policemen on duty fled as the hoodlums carried out the arson on the police facility. According to sources, on arrival, the hoodlums who were carrying inflammable objects threw them at the police formation and ignited the environment.
Operatives of the Divisional Police Headquarters Orlu, on Thursday, arrested one Emeka Ezuruike, a native of Ubommiri, Emuoba, Rivers State, for killing one Victor Ikegwuonu (25) of Nduichi, Arondizuogu in Imo State. Police source revealed that Victor Ikegwuonwu was said to have informed one Pa Chijioke Anyiam (52) that his wife Patience Anyiam, 30 years old, was involved in a hot romance with Emeka Ezuruike, an affair which he said had been on for a very long time.
