Rita Edochie, a Nollywood veteran, has openly supported Apostle Johnson Suleman’s remarks over the ongoing dispute between Happie Boys and their benefactor, Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere of Omega Power Ministries (OPM).
According to news reports, the Happie Boys had called out Apostle Chibuzor for neglecting to pay their school tuition in Cyprus, which caused them to quit out.
However, the clergyman explained that the country’s predicament has made it difficult to continue funding their education.
He claimed that he has made plans to obtain their return tickets so that they can complete their education in Nigeria.
However, the young guys have said on multiple times that they have no desire to return to Nigeria.
Suleman, enraged by the former security guards’ statement, told his congregation that if they tried to drag the OPM pastor again or respond to his criticism of them, he would bring them back to the nation.
Apostle Suleman said, “I know Cyprus very well. I know how to bring them back. I’m not joking. And if they’re watching me now and I hear pim from them, I’ll bring them back.
“How can a man of God collapse because of you? How can you open your mouth….somebody who helped you.
“You’re doing a video against this man. This man helped you for Christ’s sake
‘Happie Boys’: Popular Security Guards Rejects Apostle Chibuzor’s Gesture
“I have told you in the church, anybody who you have eaten from, even if they hurt you tomorrow, walk away; leave it for Jesus.”
Reacting, Rita Edochie praised Suleman for condemning the young men’s actions.
She wrote, “THANK YOU SO MUCH APOSTLE SULEIMAN FOR THIS. THESE BOYS REALLY WANT TO SHOW THE WORLD THAT HELPING SOMEONE DOES NOT PAY ANYMORE BECAUSE YOU WILL BE PULLED DOWN AT THE END OF THE DAY BUT THAT WILL NOT STOP US FROM HELPING PEOPLE”
