The Nigeria Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, has announced the demise of Haruna Gagara, Ondo State Commander of the agency.
Anaedoonline.ng understands that the sad development was made public in a statement released on Wednesday by Public Relations Officer of the Command, Superintendent of Narcotics, Ekechuku Wilson.
Gagara is said to have died at the of 52 after a brief illness. The NDLEA Commander was highly disciplined when he held sway as the head of the command, the command’s PPRO noted.

Describing his late boss who hailed from Lantan Local Government Area of Plateau State, Wilson said as a complete officer, the deceased never compromised standard during his services at various commands across the country.
He also disclosed that the late commander who was a devoted Christian will be buried in Jos, Plateau State on June 18, 2021.
Wislon further revealed that the Service of Songs for the late NDLEA commander will take place today (Wednesday) by 3pm at the Command’s Chapel within the premises of the headquarters in Alagbaka Akure, Ondo State.
