The Presidential Election Petitions Court accepted as evidence a report from a subpoenaed witness who described herself as an employee of Amazon Web Services Incorporated, USA, describing the state of the cloud services provided to the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.
The analysis focuses on the health of the Amazon Web server, which supplied cloud services for INEC’s digital backbone during the presidential election.
A summary of the report’s findings found that there was no fault that might have hampered the e-transmission of presidential election results on February 25, 2023.

The report was presented by a witness summoned by the Labour Party, Claretta Ogar, who identified herself as a cloud engineer and architect.
The court admitted six copies of the document over objections from INEC, Tinubu, Shettima, and the APC.
The witness’s cross examination is planned for Tuesday, June 20th.
