MOTOR SPARE PARTS MARKET, NNEWI, ENDS 2018 WITH SPECIAL PRAYERS
The popular Agboedo Motor Spare Parts Dealers Association, (AMSPDA), Nnewi, Anambra State, was shut down on Friday, December 21, for the end of year closing prayer which held at the market premises.
Market leaders and traders trooped out enmasse to praise God for his bounties for the year.
Anglican priests from St. Mark’s Church, Nnewichi, Nnewi, led by Ven. Ekene Iroanusi prayed for the traders and gave them words of admonition.
He encouraged the traders to serve the Lord with all their hearts and that the Lord will reward them bountifully.
The chairman of the market, Gabriel Chibueze, addressed the traders on the IPOB situation that took place in November in Nnewi where some of their members were arrested.
He said that he was happy that the members have been released, and advised them that they should attend follow-up meetings whenever they are invited to Awka.
He further informed that the market will be closed on 24th December 2018, to reopen on 28th and 29th December; closed again on 30th and reopen January 3.
In the spirit of Christmas, Agboedo Motor Spare Parts Dealers Association (AMSPDA) also gave cash gifts to less privileged groups that attended the end of year meeting.
