Argentine professional footballer, Angel Di Maria has leaked a fight between AS Roma manager, Jose Mourinho and Manchester United player, Cristiano Ronaldo.

Anaedoonline.ng recalls that Di Maria played under the Portuguese football manager at Real Madrid.

Speaking with Libero on TyC Sports, Di Maria disclosed that Mourinho had fought with players at Madrid, including Ronaldo.

The 33-year-old Argentine described Mourinho’s action as insane, adding that he had once fought with him too.

Di Maria who now plays for Paris Saint-Germain shared further that the two Portuguese came to blows on several occasions, with Mourinho angry with his compatriot over his perceived lack of effort.

He said: “Mourinho is insane, with me he was always a good guy.

“He fought with anyone though, he didn’t give a f*ck.”

“One time he fought with Ronaldo telling him he didn’t run, that everyone ran for him,” Di Maria said.

Roma Win 10-0 In Mourinho’s First Game

Jose Mourinho’s Roma tenure started with a 10-0 rout of minnows Montecatini in a training match on Thursday.

Having been sacked by Tottenham, former Chelsea, Manchester United, Real Madrid, and Inter boss Mourinho was appointed as Roma’s new head coach in May, replacing compatriot Paulo Fonseca.

Mourinho’s first competitive match in charge will come in Roma’s Serie A opener against Fiorentina in August, and the Giallorossi made an emphatic start to their pre-season against Serie D side Montecatini.

Borja Mayoral scored a hat-trick, with his first goal coming after Carles Perez and Gianluca Mancini struck to put Roma 2-0 up.

Riccardo Calafiori netted a swift follow up and an own goal from Montecatini put Roma 5-0 ahead at the break.

Nicolo Zaniolo converted a penalty after Mayoral helped himself to a second, with the Real Madrid loanee completing his hat-trick after Nicola Zalewski and Amadou Diawara had got on the scoresheet.

Serie B newcomers Ternana are next up for Roma, who face Serie C outfit Triestina three days later before rounding off their pre-season preparations with friendlies against Debrecen, Mourinho’s former club Porto and Real Betis.

Roma have completed the signing of goalkeeper Rui Patricio from Wolves. The Premier League club confirmed the transfer, which is believed to be for an initial £9.8million, on Tuesday evening.

Patricio, 33, becomes Jose Mourinho’s first signing at the Italian club.

“Roma is a big club and a new challenge and I’m excited to try and help the club achieve its targets.

“In Jose Mourinho we are talking about one of the greatest coaches in the world and I am excited to start working with him and doing everything I can to help the team,” Patricio told Roma’s official website.

Patricio joined Wolves in 2018, after asking to leave Sporting Lisbon, following an attack on training ground by fans.

Portuguese professional football manager, Jose Mourinho is keen on luring former Real Madrid player and captain, Sergio Ramos, to AS Roma this summer.

Roma has just signed the 58-year-old coach to head the Serie A club from the 2021–22 season.

A report by La Gazzetta dello Sport gathered that the Spanish footballer is being eyed by Mourinho, who is looking to make him one of his signings at the club.

Transfer: Real Madrid’s Sergio Ramos Wants Man United Move

The report added that Mourinho has made contact with the veteran defender in an attempt to convince him to join Roma ahead of next season.

Recall that Mourinho have managed Madrid in the past, the Portuguese is now plotting a reunion with Ramos who left Madrid just a few days ago after spending 16 years at Santiago Bernabeu.

Speaking about Ramos, Mourinho told talkSPORT Breakfast last week that the centre-back is very good in the air and can cope with the Premier League demands.

He said, “He [Ramos] is even more physical than Thiago [Silva] to cope with the Premier League demands. He is very good in the air.

“I have no doubts he can play with the intensity and demands of the Premier League.”

Jose Mourinho ripped into Tottenham Hotspur’s players at the club’s training ground for over four hours after he was sacked, the UK Telegraph.

The 58-year-old was sacked on Monday and replaced on an interim basis by Ryan Mason.

Mourinho left Spurs in seventh place in the Premier League and had crashed out of the Europa League, throwing away a 2-0 win from the first leg against Dinamo Zagreb.

Tottenham Hotspur manager, Jose Mourinho, is now leading the Premier League sack race following their dramatic slump in form, according to SportsMail.

Spurs have lost five of their last six league fixtures. The North Londoners have also been dumped out of the FA Cup by Everton.

“You have to be scared to lose, have warnings. Enjoy it the day after or the night if you win, then be thinking about the next one.

“It’s the only way to survive in this business.

Tottenham Hotspur manager, Jose Mourinho, has confirmed that Giovani Lo Celso and Sergio Reguilon will not feature for Spurs when they face Everton in the FA Cup fifth-round tie on Wednesday night due to injury.

Mourinho also said that Dele Alli and Serge Aurier could both feature for Tottenham against Everton at Goodison Park.

Mourinho’s men head to the game after beating West Brom in the Premier League on Sunday.

Speaking ahead at his pre-match press conference on Tuesday, Mourinho said, “Dele trained yesterday (Monday) with the team, and well. He’s had a long time away, a couple of weeks not training with the team and recovering.

“Can he play tomorrow? Well, he is not injured, but I am not sure he can. Can he help us? I believe he can. So, in terms of having Dele on the bench to come on for a few minutes to try to help the team, is that possible? It is something I have to speak with him about, but I believe he can.”

Mourinho added: “Serge left the game (against West Brom) with a little problem. Can he play tomorrow? I do not know, I do not think so, but we’ve a training session later this afternoon.

“He is one to look at. Gio Lo Celso, no chance. Sergio Reguilon, no chance. The kick-off time for Everton vs Tottenham is 9:15 pm.

Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho says Harry Kane will break “every possible record” after returning from injury to inspire Spurs to victory over West Brom.

Kane returned ahead of schedule from ankle problems to help end Spurs’ three-game losing streak, with his 208th Tottenham goal drawing the England captain level alongside Bobby Smith and behind only Jimmy Greaves in Spurs’ all-time scoring list.

Tottenham had failed to score in both matches Kane had missed but he took Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg’s through ball into his stride to slot home and break stubborn Albion’s rearguard resistance early in the second half.

“Harry Kane is a special player in the history of the club. He is one of the best strikers in the world. The team depends a lot on him, we can’t hide that. Mourinho told BT Sport.

“It’s the goals he can score, the assists he can make, the link play he has, that personality that players like that can have and he is always an important influence for us.”

Kane’s goal was his 13th in the Premier League this season.

Recent loan signing Mbaye Diagne was unlucky not to register his first Baggies goal on three occasions. The Senegal striker’s first-half header forced a fine save from Spurs skipper Hugo Lloris and he also saw two second-half finishes ruled out for offside.

Tottenham Hotspur manager, Jose Mourinho, has insisted that a 1-0 defeat to Brighton on Sunday, does not put him in hell.

Leandro Trossard’s first half finish proved to be the winner at the Amex Stadium. The result condemned Mourinho’s side to two successive Premier League defeats in four days.

Spurs have now won only twice in nine league fixtures and are 11 points behind leaders Manchester City. Mourinho said: “We didn’t start well and after conceding the goal nothing improved.

“My feeling was the team was a bit sad. The performance was not very good, but a victory doesn’t put me in paradise and a defeat doesn’t put me in hell.

“Now we are in a difficult moment with results, injuries and self-esteem.” Up next for Mourinho and Tottenham, is a home fixture against his former side, Chelsea, on Thursday.
