Noni Madueke has agreed to a £29 million transfer to Chelsea from PSV Eindhoven.
According to Sky Sports, there are still a few things to iron out before the player travels to the United Kingdom to complete the deal.
Madueke began his youth career with Crystal Palace before joining Tottenham.
The 22-year-old then departed Spurs in 2018 to join PSV, where he established himself as a first-team regular during the 2020/2021 season, scoring nine goals in 35 games.

Chelsea’s January spending will now total £190 million.
After Todd Boehly took over the club in the summer, the Blues already invested £270 million.
Madueke joins Mykhailo Mudryk, Joao Felix, Benoit Badiashile, David Datro Fofana, and Andrey Santos as Chelsea’s sixth acquisition of the January transfer window.
