Amusan claimed that Mr. Wasiu Lawani’s 25 acres of land, worth N50 million, had been forcibly taken by the defendants and other fugitives.
He claimed that they threatened him with violence and cut down some valuable plants on the property, including cocoa, palm, and coconut trees worth N800,000.
Amusan claimed that by using bulldozers to clear the economic trees without cause, the defendants behaved in a way that could have resulted in a breach of peace.

Additionally, he stated that it violated Sections 6, 4, and 7(1) of the 2016 Oyo State Real Properties Protection Law.
