Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara on Wednesday, inaugurated new caretaker chairmen for the state’s 23 local government areas. This swearing-in ceremony took place just hours after the House of Assembly, under the leadership of factional Speaker Victor Jumbo, screened and approved the governor’s nominees.
