The Nigerian Minister of Women’s Affairs, Uju Kennedy-Ohanenye, has declared a N1 million bounty on Magnus Okpalannadi, 62, who is allegedly responsible for the rape of his three-year-old daughter.
The announcement was announced by ministry spokesman Grace Njoku in a statement released in Abuja on Wednesday.
Kennedy-Ohanenye disclosed that a report had been received by the ministry, which claimed that Okpalannadi, a resident of Onitsha, Anambra State, had been abusing his small daughter sexually.

It is said that Okpalannadi vanished after being found, preventing him from being captured.
“We will ensure the immediate prosecution of this pedophile to deter potential perpetrators,” she declared.
The minister emphasised how committed the government is to creating a safe environment for each and every person.
Kennedy-Ohanenye reaffirmed the government’s commitment to protecting the rights and dignity of all Nigerian women, children, and vulnerable individuals.
