Spanish professional football coach Quique Setien has explained that Barcelona have not paid him compensation fee since four months after being sacked for poor performances.

Barcelona chiefs were furious back in August with the club’s embarrassing defeat against Bayern Munich in the Champions League in which Setien suffered the consequences.
The 62-year-old was later replaced with Dutchman Ronald Koeman who has been in charge since the commencement of the 2020/21 League season.
According to the report on Daily Mail, Quique Setien took legal action against Barcelona in September claiming that he was informed of being sacked a month after being sent out.
But despite his efforts for him to get paid, Barcelona are yet to credit his account according to what he told presenter Juanma Castano.
”Barcelona have not compensated me, nor have they offered me anything. They have not even called me to tell me that I am dismissed.”
After Setien was dismissed, Josep Bartomeu left his post as Barcelona president and elections to appoint a successor are due to take place in January 2021.
