During his official visit, which takes place from January 21 to 26, Mr. Blinken will visit four nations: Angola, Cabo Verde, and Cote d’Ivoire. Nigeria is one of them.
According to a statement issued on Thursday by the U.S. Mission in Abuja, Mr. Blinken’s visit is intended to highlight the rapid advancement of U.S.-African cooperation since the U.S.-Africa Leaders Summit.
