Following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, Republican Senator Lindsey Graham of the United States has called for the killing of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
According to Graham, assassinating Putin is the only way to stop the current conflict in Ukraine.
In an interview with Fox News TV, the Senator stated that Putin should be assassinated in Moscow.

“How does this end?” Graham wonders. Someone in Russia needs to stand up… and get rid of this jerk.
“The Russian people are the only ones who can repair this.”
Referring to the assassination of a former Roman emperor, Julius Caesar, Graham said: “Is there a Brutus in Russia?”
He wondered if “a more successful Colonel Stauffenberg” existed in the Russian military, alluding to the German officer whose bomb failed to kill Adolf Hitler in 1944.
“You would be doing your country — and the world — a great service,” he added.
