He claimed that two additional unregistered cars that were involved in the collision were a white Mack trailer and a navy blue Toyota Camry.
The commander determined that a loss of control brought on by break failure.
He claimed that an eyewitness claimed that while tax collectors were stopping tricycles to collect taxes, the Mack truck’s driver lost control of the vehicle due to a failed brake and collided with other cars.
“15 people were involved in the crash, five persons injured- three male and two female adults.
“Three persons were killed- two male, one female child and seven people were rescued unhurt.
“Passersby took casualties to the hospital before the arrival of the FRSC rescue team from RS5.36 Oraifite Unit Command Anambra,” he said.
