Award-winning Nigerian singers Davido and Tiwa Savage have been nominated for the 2018 MTV EMA awards for the best African Act category.
The MTV Europe Music Award is an award presented by Viacom International Media Networks to honour artists and music in pop culture.
The award which has four others from neighbouring African countries of South Africa, Kenya and DR Congo shortlisted as well is meant to be delivered to the winner in November.

Davido who is a two-time winner of the award made his excitement on his nomination made known through a post on his Instagram page solicited for the support of his fans to bring the award home for the second consecutive time and third time overall.
