SPORTS MINISTER HAPPY OVER SUCCESS OF 2018 NSF
The Sports Minister, Barr Solomon Dalung, is proud over the success of 19th edition of the National Sports Festival in Abuja, as he says that getting the events off the ground at all calls for a celebration.
Though there is still a week to run before the closing ceremony of Abuja 2018, Dalung told said he is already glad that the ministry’s effort to see that the 2019 edition of the festival hold is being actualised.
Dalung added that one of the gains from Abuja 2018 is that crime rate in Nigeria will reduce drastically within the duration of the festival and the level of unity in the country will also grow.
“I am happy that the National Sports Festival is finally holding,” said Dalung.
“It is a gain for all facets of the Nigerian society, as we can see that all networks of unity are being built as a result of the ongoing festival.”
