A 4-year old girl has reportedly been defiled inside the premises of a school in Okota area of Lagos.
Advocates for Children and Vulnerable Persons Network (ACVPN), speaking to newsmen said that the minor was allegedly defiled at Spring School located at Mukandasi Street.
The mother of the little girl disclosed that her daughter was in a perfect state when she brought her to school and left for work in the morning.

The mother continued that upon picking her child up from school later in the day, she complained of pains in her private part and anus.
Quick medical tests carried out at Mirabel Centre in Ikeja, Lagos confirmed that the 4-year-old girl was defiled.
It was reported that the case was initially reported at Okota Police Division but was transferred to the Gender Section of Zone D Command, Mushin, in line with the State Command’s directive to transfer such cases to the Command or SCIID, Panti, Lagos.
The school staff including the security guards, have been summoned and are undergoing interrogations over the incident.

According to the mother Mrs. Oratile Sagele, she said it all started when she was 5 months pregnant with her daughter, she went for an ultrasound scan then the doctors said her baby had a massive mass in her stomach, so she was advised to see a specialist, which she did.
When she went to see the specialist, it was confirmed that there was a huge mass in her daughter’s stomach and she was booked for a check-up every month to see if the mass will dissolve on its own or continue to grow.
She continued going for the check-up until she was 9 months into the pregnancy. When it was the first week of her 9 months, the doctors told her to go for a Cesarean Section because they didn’t know the condition of the baby as at then.
