After Abba Kyari tested positive for coronavirus, Popular social media commentator, Reno Omokri has reacted to the news making the rounds that President Muhammadu Buhari and his chief of staff, Abba Kyari are both coughing persistently.

The unconfirmed news broke out following the news that Abba Kyari tested positive for coronavirus.

Reacting to the unconfirmed report, Omokri says while the duo is coughing, they should not forget to cough out the N11 Billion they claimed to spend on the Aso clinic.

He wrote: “The media is reporting that both General @MBuhari and Abba Kyari are coughing. I pray they get better. But while they are coughing, they must cough out the ₦11 billion they claimed they spent on an Aso Rock clinic that can’t even treat them when they fall ill.”

Controversial Nigerian journalist, an activist against gun violence, and social media personality, Kemi Omololu-Olunloyo, has alleged that the President, Maj. Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, is very sick after contact with his chief-of-staff, Abba Kyari.

WuzupNigeria reports that Kyari tested positive to the coronavirus pandemic on Monday.

Now, Olunloyo, 55, is claiming Buhari is down with an illness. She wrote,

“#BREAKING UPDATE is that Prez @MBuhari is very sick with persistent coughing. A ventilator has been brought in from a hospital to set up a makeshift ICU to treat our Commander-in-Chief. He had contact with his Chief of staff Mr. Kyari who tested positive for CORONAVIRUS #COVID19. Pls, pray for Mr. President.”

Newsmen reports that the Nigerian Center for Disease Control [NCDC] had on Monday said Abba Kyari tested positive for the disease while President Muhammadu Buhari tested negative.

Kyari recently visited Germany and Egypt for a meeting where he is said to have contracted the virus, according to the website.
