As the battle of who represents Nnewi for Anambra 2021 gets tough, Nnewi Town Union also known as Nzuko Ora Nnewi has issued a warning letter to the leader of the political group, AfaIgboBuOfu Movement, Mr Onyedika Chukwuma popularly known as Acobarry UK to stop defaming the character of the Senator representing Anambra South Senatorial District, Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah.
The letter reads:
Dear Acobarry,
*RE: DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER ON THE PERSON OF SEN. DR. PATRICK IFEANYI UBAH*
Our attention has been drawn to series of articles to you Mr. Onyedika Chukwuma (Acobarry) defaming the character and the person of the Distinguished Senator Ifeanyi Ubah representing all the good people of Anambra South Senatorial Zone.
Nzuko-Ora Nnewi frowns at such public outburst and character assassination corning from you an Nnewi indigene and your associates despite thé fact that you both are all Umu-Nnewi.
Dear Mr. Onyedika, you are by this letter warned to desist from such malicious and defaming statements emanating from you and your associates on social media and other publications. Your attack on Distinguished Senator Ifeanyi Ubah is seen as an attack on Nnewi and our Anambra South Senatorial Zone in general.

Please bear in mind that Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Ubah is not only representing Nnewi North in the National Assembly but Anambra South and Nigeria by extension; Nzuko-Ora Nnewi will not fold its arms and watch you continue to insult him and us in general.
We advise you for caution as we would be left with no option if you do not hearken to this warning but to suspend you and place legal machinery against your person. Please be warned.

Anaedoonline was reliably informed by a source that the President General of Nnewi Town Union was coerced to use the town’s union official letterhead to issue the letter to Mr. Onyedika Chukwuma. Anaedoonline was also informed that there is a grand plan to arrest him once he returns to Nigeria from his base in the United Kingdom, to keep him behind bars till after the 2021 Governorship election in Anambra State.
Mr. Onyedika Chukwuma used to be one of the greatest foot soldiers of Senator Ifeanyi Ubah until the duo fell apart due to some irreconcilable differences. Even since Acobarry founded the AfaIgboBuOfu Movement, the movement has become a great opposition to both Senator Ifeanyi Ubah and AfaIgboEfuna Movement founded by the Senator.
In the coming days, we hope to see the reactions from political stakeholders and groups in Nnewi as regards the recent power play going on in the town.
