Chelsea manager, Thomas Tuchel, made history, as he extended his unbeaten run away from home to 10 matches, following a 1-0 win over West Ham.
Tuchel only replaced Blues legend Frank Lampard in January. Since then, the 47-year-old has not lost a single game on the road.
Chelsea took on the Hammers in a London Derby, looking to seal a spot in the top four.
Timo Werner opened scoring just before half time, tucking away Ben Chilwell’s low cross.
The Blues eased to victory in the dying stages of the game, as West Ham’s defender Fabian Balbuena was shown a straight red card for a tackle on Chilwell.
Anaedoonline.ng reported that Chelsea owner, Roman Abramovich, has sent an open letter to the club’s supporters over the failed European Super League, ESL, plan.
Abramovich admitted that Chelsea’s hierarchy ‘deeply regrets’ agreeing to join the European Super League, adding that the Blues supporters should have been consulted over the plans to move away from the current UEFA competitions.
Recall that Thomas Tuchel’s side was one of the top six Premier League clubs to pull away from the European Super League.
Chelsea fans gathered outside Stamford Bridge to protest against the west London club participation in the European Super League.

The letter read in part: “The Owner and Board of Chelsea FC would like to address Chelsea supporters about the events which have taken place over the past few days. We’ve taken time since withdrawing from the ESL to speak directly to various supporter groups and listen to their views and concerns.
“The joint decision to join the ESL was driven by this same ambition. When it became clear that a new league might be formed, we didn’t want Chelsea FC to miss out on the opportunity to play in such a potentially prominent league, nor did we want to risk the club falling behind our closest English and European rivals in competitive terms.

“As a club, we’re committed to open and regular dialogue with our fans and other stakeholders, but, on this occasion, regrettably, due to time constraints and confidentiality restraints, this wasn’t achieved.
“We recognise we should have addressed these issues in advance of joining the group.
“The Owner and Board understand that involving the club in such a proposal was a decision we shouldn’t have taken. It’s a decision we deeply regret.”
