Recall that on March 27, 2021 a report was made regarding the grand plot of a certain Commissioner in Governor Willie Obiano’s cabinet who’s hell-bent on fositing self as the Deputy Governorship candidate of the APGA party in the coming Gubernatorial election.
Although they suspended their initial plans of blocking the Government House in protest to demand for the Deputy Governor slot when the information was leaked, only to adopt another strategy with the ASMATA President, Ikechukwu Ekwegbalu, leading selected traders to the State office of APGA to stage a protest and make demands that are politically dangerous.
The selected Traders with the President of ASMATA demanded that the slot of Deputy Governor be given to Hon. Uchenna Okafor (Wiper) on behalf of Traders in the State, this is totally not the stand of the traders but the desperation of the Commissioner to arm twist the Governor and the party.
Hon. Uchenna Okafor is the present Commissioner for Trade and Commerce in the State; he is using every tool within his reach to set the traders against the Governor and the APGA party; he is hell bent on fositing self and going against the party leadership.
This is No doubt, a desperado move by Wiper and his Co- travellers, he should allow the party to play its politics and shun his desperation.
