Special adviser to the president on media and publicity, Femi Adesina, has expressed that President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration is determined to leave behind stronger democratic institutions and culture.

Adesina stated that the presidency will continue to support anything that strengthens the country’s democracy.

The presidential aide spoke on Thursday while receiving an award from the Progressive Councilors Forum (PCF), an association of past and present councilors at the statehouse, Abuja.

Adesina stated that the Buhari-led administration is focused on delivering gains of democracy to every citizen of the country.

“We will continue to support anything that will strengthen democracy. We will continue to be part of anything that will ensure progress for the work of the president,” he said.
