The Sector commander Federal Road safety Corps Anambra state, Corps Commander Adeoye Irelewuyi has disclosed that command has enjoyed long cordial relation with the National Youth Service corps NYSC
Irelewuyi made this known when Coordinator NYSC Anambra state Mrs Yetunde Baderinwa visited the FRSC commander in his office on Wednesday.
He reiterate the command,s readiness in sustaining the relation and to improve on it.
Applauding the NYSC as catalysts in youths development and nation building, he promised to maintain the usual standard of integrating corps members into the Road Safety Community Development Service (CDS) and even for Primary Assignment.
The Sector commander used the forum to hint the NYSC Boss in the state of one of the activities scheduled for the MBER MONTHS this year which will be organised for officers from other establishment aimed at reorientating them on safety measures and on our highways and urged the staff to be part of it.
Earlier the Coordinator of NYSC Anambra state Mrs Yetunde Baderinwa had intimated the Sector commander that she was in his office to familiarise with the command, appreciate them for their numerous contributions received and to appeal for continuity.
In a related development, the Ag Chief Medical Director Nnamdi Azikiwe Teaching Hospital NNEWI Dr Joseph Ugboaja has assured the NYSC Anambra state of their continued support so as to actualise their health care goals in the state.
Dr Ugboaja made the commitment while reacting to the request made by the coordinator NYSC Anambra state Mrs Yetunde Baderinwa during her courtesy call on him in his office.
The CMD who assured the scheme of timely handling of referral cases when the need arises also pledged to partner the scheme in reaching out to the indegent members of the communities, assign Doctors to work with corps Doctors and also assist by donating drugs to run the camp clinic and admonished the NYSC Coordinator to carry them along by availing them with timely information on possible areas that their assistance are required.

Assigning Doctors to provide assistance and supervisory roles in camp clinic during orientation camp and to be part of the NYSC Health Initiative for Rural Dwellers.
