In their allegations, some of the pupils claimed the teacher had told them to always come to school very early and he took advantage of their obedience to assault them before other teacher’s arrival.

Usman who is nowhere to be found at the time this report was given is accused of defiling no fewer than fourteen pupils of the school.

Anaedoonline learned that after taking advantage of them, the Grade 2 teacher will warn the kids not to tell anyone, threatened to kill them if they spoke about it.

Alhaji Galadima’s secret, however, began to leak in July 2021 after two of the pupils reported the repeated occurrences to the school’s headmistress, Hajiya Maimunat Tanko.

The headmistress took up the matter to the headmaster, Mallam Abdullahi Toure, who then summoned the accused teacher.

Subsequently, more students in grade 2 reported again that they had been abused by Galadima and the school started investigating the matter.

Galadima continued to deny the act until a delegation sent by Ba Karabonde, the traditional head of Karabonde, arrived at the school to also complain that some girls from grades 2 and 3 of the school had told their parents that they were sexually molested by Alhaji Galadima.

At this time, Galadima admitted to assaulting only one of the girls. His confession angered members of the community who stormed the school with weapons, asking for his release so they can carry out jungle justice on him. However, Galadima had been smuggled out of the school by this time.

The case was transferred to the Borgu Emirate Council and Galadima was promised leniency if he confessed. Double-mouthed Galadima at this time said he only abused two of the girls before later confessed to abusing 5 of the pupils.

Meanwhile, 14 girls have come forward, with some revealing how Alhaji Galadima asked them to kiss him and play with his male organ while some claim he raped them.

Anaedoonline learned that the young children were taken to the hospital for examination when it was discovered that the teacher who molested them is HIV positive.

A source, whose relatives are among the abused pupils expressed worries that the children affected may not get justice as it appears some elders in the New Bussa community are trying to protect the suspect.

He added that after the girls were taken to the hospital for tests to determine if Alhaji Galadima infected them with HIV, the hospital failed to give the families the results of the test and only prescribed drugs for the kids.
